What we ship

Sealed take-home pouches only. Drinks, snacks, desserts and gong fu cha service are prepared in the shop and are collection only — checkout will offer shipping only when everything in your basket can travel.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Cost and speed

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay, and vary by speed. Any free-shipping offer applies to the goods in your basket, not the shipping itself.

Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee. We can't control what happens to a parcel once it leaves us, though we'll always help chase it.

When it goes out

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. We email you when yours ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it. Orders placed at a weekend go out the following week.

Tea tastings are different

A tea tasting isn't shipped — we come to you, within our service area, and bring everything needed. If your address falls outside it the booking page will say so; get in touch and we may still be able to help.

Sales tax

New Jersey doesn't tax loose-leaf tea sold as a grocery, so pouches are untaxed. Prepared drinks, food and teaware are taxed at the New Jersey rate. Your basket shows exactly what tax applies before you pay.
